Pharmacy Health Consultations - Funded Services

From June 2026, our pharmacists can provide a new range of consultations and treatments for common health needs.

Conditions covered by this funded service:

• Children’s Pain and Fever

• Children’s Oral Rehydration

• Children’s Conjunctivitis (Pink Eye)

• Head Lice Treatment

• Scabies Treatment

• Emergency Contraception for women under 25

• Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) for women aged 16 to 65

If you or your whānau meet the age and eligibility criteria, you can see a pharmacist for a consultation and pay only the small copayment for the consultation. The medicine we provide may be fully funded.
